House Rules
Smoking is prohibited and there will be a $500 fee for smoking that happens inside the house.
Occupancy is 14 people, any and all undeclared persons beyond this number will be vacated from the premises. Additional guests may be added for a $50 per person per day fee up to 4 additional guests.
Check out time is 10am. Any checkout that happened 30min past allowed time will be assessed a $75 late check out fee.
Parties are prohibited.
Guests may pay an additional $50 to check in 1hr early. Guest may also pay an additional $50 to check out an additional 1hr late.
Only the person that booked stay is allowed to check in, if someone is not added to the reservation they may not check in.
Guests must provide a working phone number. Without this, the reservation will be canceled without a refund.
If guest has a complaint about the property about any aspect (amenities, cleanliness, or otherwise) upon addressing this complaint to Landlord the guest authorizes landlord to enter the property to dissolve the issue stated.
Animals are prohibited. There will be a $250 fee per pet if brought into the property without permission
All guests agree they are in no way entering into a lease/rental agreement that would create a landlord/tenant agreement. All guests are only paying for guest occupancy agreement.
All guests staying in the property must be declared. For Any undeclared guests there will be a $50 per guest per day fee charged.
Any violation of house rules is grounds for termination of stay and removal from the property without refund.
